Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can create a brand new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect e-mail messages from one e-mail account to another, finetune email filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your electronic mail accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mail messages from one email account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the e-mailbox you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the target email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest.
